1. Scope

These Terms govern use of the Site and its informational content. Any production, post-production, distribution, exhibition, laboratory, licensing, or booking engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement — bid, deal memo, or contract executed by the parties. Nothing on this Site creates a production, agency, or client relationship between you and us.

2. Description of Services

K.T.R PRODUCTIONS LLC operates motion picture and video services across five departments: production (features, television programs and commercials, music videos, animation, instructional video, and production payroll agency); post-production (editing, titling, special effects, dubbing and post-synchronization, captioning, subtitling, teleproduction, transfer and digitization); distribution (film and video distribution, syndication, tape distribution, commercial film libraries, animation distribution); exhibition (indoor cinemas, drive-in and outdoor theaters, festival, airline, and itinerant exhibition); and laboratory & library services (film processing, restoration, preservation, stock footage libraries, theatrical print reproduction, and booking agency). Site descriptions are summaries only; scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined solely in the applicable written agreement.

3. Intellectual Property — Ours

The Site and its contents — text, graphics, logos, layout, and design — are the property of K.T.R PRODUCTIONS LLC or its licensors, protected by United States copyright and intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference only.

4. Intellectual Property — Yours

Ownership, licensing, and work-for-hire terms for production materials are defined exclusively in the written agreement for each engagement. Do not submit scripts, footage, or other intellectual property through the Site's contact form; such materials are exchanged only under an executed agreement through secure channels we designate. Unsolicited submissions may be reviewed without obligation of confidentiality beyond our Privacy Policy.

5. No Professional Advice

Site content is general information, not legal, accounting, or clearance advice. Rights clearance, guild, labor, and licensing questions for your production should be reviewed with qualified counsel under the applicable agreement.

6. Accuracy and Availability

We work to keep Site content accurate but make no representation or warranty — express or implied — as to completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability. Capabilities, services, and availability may change without notice. Reliance on Site content is at your own risk.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or project submissions;
• Transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, or bulk messages;
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
• Introduce malware, destructive code, or automated scraping tools;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliation;
• Interfere with the Site's operation or another party's use of it.

8. Electronic Communications

By contacting us through the Site, email, or phone, you consent to receive electronic or telephone communications regarding your inquiry. A submitted form does not create an engagement or confidentiality obligation beyond a signed agreement.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference third-party sites or services (including font providers) that we do not control. We assume no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, K.T.R PRODUCTIONS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM SITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless K.T.R PRODUCTIONS LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms continues in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version here. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest revision; continued Site use after changes constitutes acceptance.
